Ingredients
- ½ cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon whole grain mustard
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 14 ounces sirloin (cut into 1-inch cubes)
- 2 cups whole grape tomatoes
- 1 ½ pounds baby potatoes
- ⅓ cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary (chopped)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together balsamic vinegar, honey, mustard, minced garlic, salt, and pepper to create the marinade.
- Marinate the sirloin in half of the mixture and the grape tomatoes and baby potatoes in the rest.
- Thread marinated steak cubes onto skewers alternating with tomatoes and potatoes.
- Preheat grill to medium heat.
- Grill skewers for about 5 minutes per side or until steak reaches desired doneness.
- Let kebabs rest for a few minutes before serving.
