Instructions
- Marinate the Chicken: In a bowl, mix minced garlic, cumin, coriander, paprika, turmeric, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Add the chicken thighs and coat well. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour or overnight.
- Prepare Creamy Garlic Sauce: Combine Greek yogurt with minced garlic, lemon juice, tahini, and salt in another bowl. Mix until smooth.
- Cook the Chicken: Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook each chicken thigh for about 6-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked (165°F internal temperature).
- Slice and Assemble: Rest the chicken for 5 minutes before slicing into strips. Serve on warm pita with fresh vegetables and drizzle with garlic sauce.
