Ingredients
- 2 pounds potatoes, cut into 1.5 – 2 inch chunks
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 3/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 2 pounds skinless, boneless chicken breasts
- 1 cup creamy garlic sauce (such as Buffalo Wild Wings® Parmesan Garlic)
- 1/2 cup water or chicken stock
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- In the slow cooker, combine potatoes, olive oil, salt, pepper, and paprika; stir to coat.
- Place chicken on top of the potatoes and season with remaining salt and pepper.
- Whisk together garlic sauce and water, then pour over chicken and potatoes.
- Cook on High for 4 hours or Low for 6 hours until chicken is cooked through.
- In the last 20 minutes of cooking, add mozzarella cheese on top.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
