- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 tablespoon hot sauce

- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 4 brioche buns
- Vegetable oil for frying
- Pickle slices
- Butter for toasting buns
Instructions
- 1. Marinate chicken in buttermilk and hot sauce for at least 1 hour.
- 2. In a bowl, whisk together mayo, mustard, honey, hot sauce, smoked paprika, lemon juice, salt, and pepper; refrigerate.
- 3. Mix flour with spices in a shallow dish.
- 4. Dredge marinated chicken in the flour mixture then fry in preheated oil until golden brown.
- 5. Toast brioche buns in butter until crisp.
- 6. Assemble sandwiches with sauce and pickles before serving immediately.
