  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 8 oz noodles (rice noodles or egg noodles)
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, grated ginger, and red chili flakes (if using). Stir until well mixed.
  2. Toss the bite-sized chicken pieces with cornstarch until they are evenly coated.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the coated chicken and cook until golden brown and fully cooked through, about 6–8 minutes.
  4. Pour the prepared sauce over the cooked chicken. Stir to coat all pieces evenly. Let it simmer on low heat for about 1–2 minutes until thickened.
  5. While the chicken simmers, cook your noodles according to package directions. Drain them once done and toss with a little oil if desired to prevent sticking.
  6. Add the cooked noodles to the skillet with chicken and sauce. Toss everything together gently until well combined.
