Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a donut pan.
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, mix whole milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Gently fold the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until just combined.
- Carefully incorporate the finely chopped strawberries into the batter.
- Spoon the batter into the donut pan cavities until halfway full.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown and springy to touch.
- Prepare the glaze by mixing powdered sugar and lemon juice until smooth.
- Dip warm donuts into the glaze before serving.
