- 14.25 oz box white cake mix
- 2 packs (16 oz each) fresh strawberries
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 3 oz pack strawberry jello mix
- 1 cup boiling water
- 24.3 oz no-bake cheesecake filling
Instructions
- Prepare Strawberries: Slice one side of each strawberry for decoration and chop the rest; mix with sugar and refrigerate.
- Bake Cake: Follow instructions on the cake mix box using egg whites; combine mixture and bake in a greased 9×13 dish at 350°F for about 33 minutes.
- Prepare Jello: Dissolve jello powder in boiling water and set aside.
- Poke Holes: Once the cake is baked, poke holes using a wooden spoon handle and pour jello mixture evenly over the surface; refrigerate for at least one hour.
- Add Toppings: Spread no-bake cheesecake filling on top, decorate with sliced strawberries, and fill the center with marinated strawberries.
