- 2 lbs strawberries
- 1/4 cup corn starch

- 2/3 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup brown sugar

- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup butter (melted)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F.
- In a large bowl, combine diced strawberries with corn starch, sugar, and orange juice. Mix well and pour into a baking dish.
- In another bowl, mix oats, flour, brown sugar, salt, cinnamon, and vanilla extract. Pour melted butter over this mixture and stir until crumbly.
- Spread the topping evenly over the strawberries and bake for 30-40 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
- Serve warm with vanilla ice cream or sweetened whipped cream if desired.
