Instructions
- Whisk together apple cider vinegar, honey, sugar, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Gradually add olive oil while whisking until well combined to make the dressing.
- For glazed pecans, combine water, sugar, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper in a saucepan over medium heat until boiling. Add pecans and stir for 30 seconds before transferring to a greased baking sheet; bake at 350°F for 12–14 minutes.
- In a large salad bowl, combine mixed greens, sliced strawberries, red onion, dried cranberries, feta cheese, grilled chicken slices, crumbled Turkey Bacon, and glazed pecans. Toss gently to mix.
- Drizzle with dressing and toss again before serving.
