Ingredients
- 1 box (15.25 oz) white cake mix
- 1 box (3 oz) sugar-free strawberry Jell-O
- 1 box (1 oz) instant sugar-free vanilla pudding mix
- 2 cups milk
- 8 oz Cool Whip
- 1.5 cups water
Instructions
- Preheat oven and prepare the cake mix according to package instructions, then bake.
- Once cooled, poke holes all over the top using the handle of a wooden spoon.
- Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water, add cold water, and pour over the cake.
- Prepare vanilla pudding by whisking pudding mix with milk until smooth; spread over the cake.
- Top with Cool Whip and refrigerate for at least 3-4 hours before serving.
