Ingredients
- 6 cups strawberries (cleaned, tops removed)
- 4 cups lemon juice (bottled or fresh)
- 6 cups granulated sugar
Instructions
- Prepare your workspace by setting up a water bath canner and having pint jars ready.
- In a food processor, puree strawberries until liquified and transfer to a large saucepan.
- Add lemon juice and sugar to the puree; stir well and heat gently until the mixture reaches 190-200°F without boiling.
- Fill hot jars with the mixture, leaving 1/4 inch headspace, and seal with lids.
- Process jars in boiling water for 15 minutes. Once cool, check seals before storing.
