- 3/4 cup crushed pretzels

- 4 tablespoons melted unsalted butter
- 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese (softened)
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 tablespoon vanilla bean paste
- 1 (16 oz) container Cool Whip (thawed)
- 1 cup homemade strawberry pie filling
Instructions
- Prepare the Pretzel Crust: Combine crushed pretzels, sugar, and melted butter; mix well. Divide evenly into four jars.
- Make the Cheesecake Filling: Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until creamy. Gently fold in vanilla and Cool Whip until fully combined.
- Assemble the Parfaits: Layer cheesecake filling over the pretzel crust in each jar.
- Add Strawberry Topping: Spoon homemade strawberry pie filling on top of each parfait.
- Garnish Before Serving: Optionally swirl additional Cool Whip on top and add a mini pretzel for decoration.
