- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups fresh strawberries (sliced)
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a mixing bowl, combine flour, granulated sugar, and butter. Mix until crumbly and press into a 9-inch springform pan. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden and cool completely.
- Beat together softened cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla in another bowl until smooth. Spread over the cooled crust.
- Toss sliced strawberries with powdered sugar in a small bowl and let them sit for about 10 minutes to release juices.
- Top the cheesecake with the strawberry mixture, cover with plastic wrap, and chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
