Ingredients
- 2 pints fresh strawberries
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 16 oz mascarpone cheese
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- 7 oz ladyfingers
- ½ cup orange juice
Instructions
- Marinate sliced strawberries with strawberry preserves, lemon juice, and vanilla extract for 10 minutes.
- Whip heavy cream until soft peaks form. Add mascarpone cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla; mix until smooth.
- Dip half of the ladyfingers in orange juice and layer them in a baking dish. Top with half of the marinated strawberries followed by half the cream mixture. Repeat layers.
- Cover and chill for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
