  • 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons grapeseed oil
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter (melted)
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 large egg yolk
  • 1 tablespoon room temperature water
  • 2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley
  • 2 tablespoons minced fresh chives

Instructions

  1. Season filet mignons with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat grapeseed oil in a grill pan over medium-high heat.
  3. Sear filet mignons for about 5 minutes on one side.
