- 3–4 fresh ripe peaches, thinly sliced
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 cup strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 1 cup watermelon, cubed (optional)
- 2 tbsp fresh lime juice
- 1–2 tbsp honey (to taste)
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh mint or basil (optional)
Instructions
- Wash the peaches under cool water and slice them into thin wedges.
- Prepare the blueberries, strawberries, and watermelon by washing and cutting them into bite-sized pieces.
- In a large mixing bowl, gently combine all the prepared fruits.
- In a small bowl, whisk together lime juice and honey until well mixed.
- Drizzle the honey-lime dressing over the fruit mixture and toss gently to combine.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 15–20 minutes before serving.
