- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- Optional: 1/2 cup pineapple juice

Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef (or turkey/chicken), breadcrumbs, milk, egg, onion, garlic, soy sauce, salt, and pepper until mixed well but not overworked.
- Shape the mixture into small balls (about 1 inch) and place them on a baking sheet or skillet.
- Cook your meatballs by either baking at 375°F (190°C) for 25-30 minutes or pan-frying in oil over medium heat until browned.
- In a saucepan, mix ketchup, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, soy sauce, and any optional ingredients like pineapple juice. Cook until bubbling and thickened.
- Add cooked meatballs to the sauce and stir gently to coat before serving.
