- 1/3 cup coconut milk
- 1/3 cup sweet chili sauce
- 4 garlic cloves, minced

- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 green onions, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Marinate the Chicken: In a large resealable bag, combine chicken breasts with lime juice, coconut milk, sweet chili sauce, minced garlic, grated ginger, salt, and pepper. Seal and shake well. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- Preheat Your Grill: Heat your grill to medium-high (375°F or 190°C).
- Grill Time: Remove chicken from marinade and discard marinade. Grill each side for about 6-7 minutes until cooked through (internal temperature of at least 165°F or 74°C).
- Rest Before Serving: Let the chicken rest for about 5 minutes to keep it juicy.
- Garnish and Serve: Slice or serve whole on plates, garnished with chopped green onions.
