- 1 can corn (drained)
- 1 can cream-style corn
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup white sugar
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×9 baking pan with nonstick cooking spray.
- In a mixing bowl, combine melted butter, cornbread muffin mix, drained corn, and cream-style corn until well mixed.
- Stir in sour cream, eggs, and white sugar until completely blended.
- Transfer the mixture into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes or until the center is set and lightly golden.
- Allow to cool slightly before cutting into squares and serving warm.
