Ingredients
- 3 tbsp espresso coffee powder
- 250 ml (1 cup) off-the-boil water
- 250 ml (1 cup) coconut milk
- 2 tbsp condensed milk
- Optional: toasted dessicated coconut and whipped cream for garnish
Instructions
- Boil water and let it cool for 1-2 minutes.
- Place espresso coffee powder in a French press and pour in the prepared water.
- Steep for 5 minutes, then press down the plunger slowly to separate grounds.
- Pour brewed coffee into a jug and chill in the refrigerator for several hours or overnight.
- Whisk together chilled coffee, coconut milk, and condensed milk until well combined. Serve over ice.
- For garnishing, dip glass rims in condensed milk and then into toasted coconut if desired.
