- 1 cup Greek yogurt

- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 pound boneless skinless chicken thighs
- 1 cup mango
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese
- 4 pieces naan bread
- Fresh mint
- Fresh cilantro
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, minced garlic, grated ginger, lemon juice, hot paprika, cumin, garam masala, and cayenne pepper to create the marinade.
- Add the chicken thighs to the marinade ensuring they are well coated. Cover and let marinate for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
- Preheat a grill pan over medium-high heat and cook the marinated chicken for about 5–7 minutes per side until fully cooked. Remove from heat and slice into bite-sized pieces.
- Preheat your oven as per naan package instructions. Assemble each naan by spreading mozzarella cheese evenly and topping with chicken, mango slices, red onion rings, fresh mint, and cilantro.
- Bake each assembled naan pizza on a baking sheet until cheese is melted and bubbly (approximately 10–12 minutes).
