- 4 ripe bananas
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter (melted)
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.
- Add honey, melted butter, eggs, milk, and vanilla extract to the bananas. Whisk until well combined.
- In another bowl, whisk together all-purpose flour.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and mix gently until just combined.
- Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan and bake for about 60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Allow it to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
