  • 500g Cooking Apples (peeled, cored, sliced)
  • 500g Eating Apples (peeled, cored, sliced)
  • 225g Plain Flour
  • 150g Rolled Oats
  • 150g Cold Diced Butter
  • 75g Demerara Sugar

  3. Cook the Apples: Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Cook both apple types in a saucepan with sugar for about 5 minutes until softened. Transfer to a baking dish.
