Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C). Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface and place it on a parchment-lined baking sheet or preheated pizza stone.
- Lightly brush the edges of the dough with olive oil, ensuring they turn golden brown during baking.
- Bake the crust for 8 to 10 minutes until firm but not browned.
- Remove from the oven, dollop with torn burrata pieces, layer turkey slices, and drizzle honey on top.
- Optionally return to the oven for an additional 2 to 3 minutes for warmed burrata before serving.
