Instructions
- Peel and halve the onions, then thinly slice them using a sharp knife or mandoline slicer. Place the sliced onions in a large bowl.
- Finely chop the parsley and add it to the bowl with the onions.
- Mix in sumac, salt, red chili flakes, lemon juice, and olive oil until well combined.
- Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
- Serve immediately or let marinate for at least 30 minutes for enhanced flavor.
