Ingredients
- 3 cups Oreo crumbs
- 8 tablespoons unsalted butter (melted)
- 1 8-ounce package cream cheese (softened)
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 16 ounces whipped topping (divided)
- 1 box instant chocolate pudding mix (5.9 ounces)
- 3 cups cold milk
- 1 cup chopped pecans (divided)
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce
- 1/4 cup chocolate syrup
Instructions
- In a small bowl, combine Oreo crumbs with melted butter until mixed. Press into the bottom of a 13×9 inch dish and freeze for 20 minutes.
- Blend softened cream cheese with powdered sugar using an electric mixer until smooth. Fold in half of the whipped topping.
- In another bowl, whisk together the chocolate pudding mix and cold milk until thickened; let sit for an additional few minutes.
- Layer the cream cheese mixture over the crust, followed by half of the chopped pecans and then the chocolate pudding.
- Spread remaining whipped topping on top, cover with plastic wrap, and chill in the refrigerator for at least four hours or overnight.
- Before serving, drizzle caramel sauce and chocolate syrup over the top and sprinkle with remaining pecans.
