  • 3 cups Oreo crumbs
  • 8 tablespoons unsalted butter (melted)
  • 1 8-ounce package cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 16 ounces whipped topping (divided)
  • 1 box instant chocolate pudding mix (5.9 ounces)
  • 3 cups cold milk
  • 1 cup chopped pecans (divided)
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce
  • 1/4 cup chocolate syrup

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, combine Oreo crumbs with melted butter until mixed. Press into the bottom of a 13×9 inch dish and freeze for 20 minutes.
  2. Blend softened cream cheese with powdered sugar using an electric mixer until smooth. Fold in half of the whipped topping.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the chocolate pudding mix and cold milk until thickened; let sit for an additional few minutes.
  4. Layer the cream cheese mixture over the crust, followed by half of the chopped pecans and then the chocolate pudding.
  5. Spread remaining whipped topping on top, cover with plastic wrap, and chill in the refrigerator for at least four hours or overnight.
  6. Before serving, drizzle caramel sauce and chocolate syrup over the top and sprinkle with remaining pecans.
