Instructions
- Toast the walnuts in a dry pan over medium heat until golden brown and fragrant. Let cool slightly before chopping.
- In a large salad bowl, combine the chopped celery, sliced apple, toasted walnuts, and crumbled cheese if desired.
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, apple cider vinegar, honey, Dijon mustard, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently to coat all ingredients evenly. Let sit for about 5 minutes before serving.
