Ingredients
- 1 box Chocolate Cake mix (plus ingredients listed on the box)
- 1 cup softened Butter
- 1 1/2 cups Powdered Sugar
- 7 oz vegan marshmallow crème
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
- Chocolate Chips or gray/black round cake decorations (for decoration)
Instructions
- Prepare the cupcake batter according to the instructions on the box. Pour into a cupcake pan and bake until done. Allow cooling completely before frosting.
- In a mixing bowl, cream together softened butter and vanilla extract until fluffy. Gradually add powdered sugar until fully incorporated. Gently fold in vegan marshmallow crème.
- Fill a piping bag with the frosting and pipe onto each cupcake in ghostly shapes. Use mini chocolate chips for eyes and additional decorations for mouths.
- Refrigerate decorated cupcakes until ready to serve.
