Ingredients
- 2 cups white chocolate chips
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup vegan marshmallow cream
- 1 cup miniature vegan marshmallows
- 3/4 cup M&M's candies (plus extra for topping)
Instructions
- In a medium saucepan over low heat, melt the white chocolate chips while stirring constantly. Add the sweetened condensed milk and stir until smooth.
- Stir in the vegan marshmallow cream until fully blended, then remove from heat and let cool slightly.
- Gently fold in the miniature vegan marshmallows and M&M's, reserving some for topping.
- Pour the mixture into a parchment-lined 8×8-inch pan. Press the reserved candies on top.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until firm, then cut into squares and enjoy!
