Ingredients
- 4 cups cubed watermelon
- 1 1/2 cups sliced strawberries
- 1 1/2 cups raspberries
- 1 1/2 cups pitted and halved cherries
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 1 1/2 tsp lime zest
- 2 tbsp agave syrup
- 1 tbsp finely chopped fresh mint
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together lime juice, lime zest, agave syrup, and chopped mint until well combined.
- Using a knife and cutting board, cube the watermelon into 1-inch pieces, slice strawberries into rounds, and pit and halve cherries.
- Combine all prepared fruits in a large mixing bowl.
- Drizzle the dressing over the fruit mixture and gently toss to coat evenly.
- Garnish with fresh parsley or mint leaves before serving chilled.
