Ingredients
- 1/2 small seedless watermelon
- 4–5 kiwi fruit
- 1 tsp honey (adjust to taste)
Instructions
- Prepare the watermelon by removing the flesh from the rind and cutting it into chunks. Blend until smooth to create 2 cups of puree.
- Fill popsicle molds 3/4 full with watermelon puree and freeze for 30 minutes.
- Peel and chop the kiwi, then blend to make about 1 cup of kiwi puree, adding honey to taste.
- Top off each mold with kiwi puree and insert sticks. Freeze until solid, approximately 4 hours.
- To release popsicles, dip the molds in warm water for 5 seconds before gently pulling them out.
