Instructions

  2. Fill popsicle molds 3/4 full with watermelon puree and freeze for 30 minutes.
  3. Peel and chop the kiwi, then blend to make about 1 cup of kiwi puree, adding honey to taste.
  4. Top off each mold with kiwi puree and insert sticks. Freeze until solid, approximately 4 hours.
  5. To release popsicles, dip the molds in warm water for 5 seconds before gently pulling them out.
