Instructions
- Prepare the watermelon: Remove the rind and dice into 1-inch pieces. Place in a large mixing bowl.
- Combine ingredients: Gently fold in sliced strawberries and quartered cucumber. Add crumbled feta cheese and chopped mint leaves.
- Chill and serve: Refrigerate for about 10 minutes before serving to enhance flavor.
