Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon instant coffee
- 1 tablespoon hot water
- 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
- 1–2 scoops vanilla ice cream
- 2–4 tablespoons hot fudge
- 1 teaspoon chocolate sprinkles
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, mix hot water, instant coffee, and sugar. Whip until fluffy and light in color.
- Warm hot fudge in the microwave for about 10 seconds until slightly melted.
- In a glass or bowl, layer half of the hot fudge followed by scoops of vanilla ice cream.
- Pour remaining hot fudge over the ice cream and generously top with whipped coffee.
- Finish with chocolate sprinkles.
