- 1 tablespoon honey

Instructions
- In a food processor, combine feta cheese, Greek yogurt, olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, and red pepper flakes.
- Blend until smooth and creamy. Scrape down the sides as needed.
- Taste and adjust seasoning with more red pepper flakes or lemon juice if desired. Add honey for sweetness and blend again.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and a drizzle of olive oil before serving.
- Serve with pita chips or sliced vegetables.
