- 2 chicken breasts
- 15 ounces canned black beans
- 15 ounces canned corn
- 10 ounces canned Rotel tomatoes with green chiles
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- Taco seasoning
- Ranch seasoning mix
Instructions
- Place the trimmed chicken breasts in the Crock Pot.
- Add undrained black beans, corn, and Rotel tomatoes on top of the chicken.
- Sprinkle taco seasoning and ranch seasoning evenly over the mixture.
- Place the cream cheese on top without stirring.
- Cook on LOW for 6-8 hours or HIGH for 3-4 hours.
- Once cooked, shred the chicken using forks and stir until well combined.
