- 2 cups nonfat plain yogurt (or flavored)
- ¼ cup agave syrup
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- ¼ teaspoon fresh lemon juice
- Fresh strawberries, blueberries, raspberries
- Optional: chopped pecans, granola
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with wax paper.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together yogurt, agave syrup, vanilla extract, lemon juice, and salt until well combined.
- Spread the yogurt mixture evenly on the prepared baking sheet.
- Top with sliced strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, and sprinkle optional toppings if desired.
- Freeze for 2-3 hours until firm.
- Break into pieces and serve immediately or store in the freezer.
