Ingredients
- 1 cup lemon juice
- 2 cups water
- 3 to 5 doonks of stevia (to taste)
- 1/2 cup frozen raspberries (roughly chopped)
Instructions
- Roughly chop the frozen raspberries into smaller pieces and set aside.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together lemon juice, water, and stevia until well combined. Adjust sweetness as desired.
- Distribute the chopped raspberries evenly into popsicle molds.
- Pour the lemon mixture over the raspberries until molds are filled.
- Insert popsicle sticks, cover molds, and freeze for at least 4 hours or overnight until solid.
- Remove from molds and enjoy!
