  • Salt and pepper
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 tablespoons heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon white apple vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Rinse scallops under cold water and pat dry thoroughly with paper towels. Season both sides with salt and pepper.
  2. Preheat your air fryer to 400 degrees Fahrenheit for about 3-4 minutes.
  3. Place seasoned scallops in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Air fry for 10 minutes, flipping halfway through for even cooking.
  4. In a small saucepan, melt butter over low to medium heat, then add minced garlic and cook until fragrant (about 1 minute). Whisk in heavy cream and stir until thickened (about another minute). Stir in white apple vinegar, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt to taste.
