- 1 pound large sea scallops
- Salt and pepper
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 tablespoons heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon white apple vinegar
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Rinse scallops under cold water and pat dry thoroughly with paper towels. Season both sides with salt and pepper.
- Preheat your air fryer to 400 degrees Fahrenheit for about 3-4 minutes.
- Place seasoned scallops in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Air fry for 10 minutes, flipping halfway through for even cooking.
- In a small saucepan, melt butter over low to medium heat, then add minced garlic and cook until fragrant (about 1 minute). Whisk in heavy cream and stir until thickened (about another minute). Stir in white apple vinegar, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt to taste.
- Serve cooked scallops drizzled with garlic lemon butter cream sauce and garnish with lemon wedges if desired.
