  • 3 cups powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease the donut pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, espresso powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, combine the eggs, sour cream, milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract; whisk until smooth.
  4. Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir gently until just combined. Fold in mini chocolate chips.
  5. Fill each donut cavity about 3/4 full with batter and bake for 10-12 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
