Instructions

- Combine the chicken and veggies in the bowl with the marinade; toss until evenly coated.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the mixture evenly across it.
- Bake for 16 minutes, then broil on high for an additional 2-3 minutes until edges are crisp.
- Ensure chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) before serving.
