Ingredients
- 2 cups plain or vanilla Greek yogurt
- 3–4 tablespoons Nutella
- 2 ripe bananas, thinly sliced
- Optional: honey or maple syrup, mini chocolate chips, chopped nuts, granola
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet or 9×13-inch pan with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, blend Greek yogurt with honey or maple syrup if desired until smooth.
- Spread the yogurt mixture evenly on the lined pan, about ½ inch thick. Swirl Nutella on top using a knife or toothpick.
- Arrange banana slices over the mixture and add any additional toppings.
- Freeze for 3-4 hours until firm.
- Remove from the pan using parchment paper and break into pieces.
