Ingredients
- 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon rice vinegar
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Add chicken cubes and coat well. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- In another bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha sauce, honey, rice vinegar, and salt until smooth. Set aside.
- Preheat grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Thread marinated chicken onto soaked skewers (4–5 pieces each).
- Grill skewers for about 10–12 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Serve hot drizzled with bang bang sauce or on the side.
