  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika

  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon rice vinegar

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Add chicken cubes and coat well. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  2. In another bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha sauce, honey, rice vinegar, and salt until smooth. Set aside.
  3. Preheat grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Thread marinated chicken onto soaked skewers (4–5 pieces each).
  4. Grill skewers for about 10–12 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  5. Serve hot drizzled with bang bang sauce or on the side.
