- 1 1/2 tbsp Thai Sweet Chili Sauce
- 1/2 tsp Sriracha (or to taste)
- 40 large (12.8 oz raw shrimp, shelled and deveined)

Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together light mayonnaise, chopped scallions, Thai sweet chili sauce, and Sriracha; set aside.
- If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 20 minutes to prevent burning.
- Season raw shrimp lightly with fresh cracked pepper.
- Thread five shrimp onto each skewer, ensuring even spacing for cooking.
- Preheat the grill to medium heat and lightly oil the surface.
- Grill the skewers for 6-8 minutes until shrimp are opaque.
- Brush the reserved sauce over the cooked skewers and serve immediately.
