- 2 pounds strawberries (washed and sliced)
- 1–1/2 cups blueberries (washed)
- 3.4 ounces Jell-O Instant Vanilla Pudding
- 2 cups cold milk
- 16 ounces whipped topping
- 8 ounces cream cheese (softened)
- 14.4 ounce box of Grachicken crackers
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine instant pudding and cold milk; mix until thickened.
- Fold in 12 ounces of whipped topping until smooth.
- Mix softened cream cheese into the pudding until fully blended.
- In a 9" x 13" dish, spread whipped topping on the bottom, layer with Grachicken crackers, one-third of the cream mixture, and top with berries.
- Repeat layers twice more, finishing with the remaining cream mixture and whipped topping.
- Chill for at least four hours before serving.
