  • 2 pounds strawberries (washed and sliced)
  • 11/2 cups blueberries (washed)
  • 3.4 ounces Jell-O Instant Vanilla Pudding
  • 2 cups cold milk
  • 16 ounces whipped topping
  • 8 ounces cream cheese (softened)
  • 14.4 ounce box of Grachicken crackers

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine instant pudding and cold milk; mix until thickened.
  2. Fold in 12 ounces of whipped topping until smooth.
  3. Mix softened cream cheese into the pudding until fully blended.
  4. In a 9" x 13" dish, spread whipped topping on the bottom, layer with Grachicken crackers, one-third of the cream mixture, and top with berries.
  5. Repeat layers twice more, finishing with the remaining cream mixture and whipped topping.
  6. Chill for at least four hours before serving.
