Instructions
- Slice the French bread to create pockets.
- In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, chopped berries, sugar, and vanilla; blend until smooth.
- Stuff each slice of bread with the berry mixture.
- Whisk together eggs, milk, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt in a separate bowl.
- Dip each stuffed slice into the egg mixture and cook in a buttered skillet over medium heat until golden brown on both sides.
- Serve warm with maple syrup and extra berries if desired.
