- 1 pound red or green grapes (about 3 cups)
- 2 cups chopped fresh pineapple
- 1 pound fresh strawberries (about 2 cups sliced)
- 6 ounces fresh blueberries (about 1 cup)
- 6 ounces fresh blackberries (about 1 ½ cups)
- 3 kiwi (peeled and sliced)
- Zest of one lime
- 1 ½ tablespoons lime juice
- 2 tablespoons honey
Instructions
- Wash all fruits under running water.
- Peel and chop the pineapple into bite-sized pieces; slice strawberries into halves or quarters.
- Peel and slice kiwi into rounds.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine grapes, pineapple, strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, and kiwi.
- For the dressing, whisk together lime zest, lime juice, and honey in a small bowl until well combined.
- Pour dressing over mixed fruits and gently toss to coat evenly.
