- 2 cups cooked chicken breast, diced
- 6 slices turkey bacon
- 4 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons Greek yogurt

- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Fresh lemon juice (optional)

Instructions
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and crumble into pieces.
- Season raw chicken with salt and pepper. Cook in the same skillet until browned (about 6-8 minutes per side). Let cool, then dice.
- Whisk together mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, lemon juice (if using), salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
- In a large bowl, combine romaine lettuce, cherry tomatoes, diced chicken, and crumbled turkey bacon. Drizzle with dressing and toss gently to coat.
- Serve immediately or store dressing separately for meal prep.
