Instructions

  3. In another bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt; combine with wet ingredients until just mixed.

  5. For the streusel topping, combine sugar, flour, and softened butter until crumbly.
  6. Pour batter into the prepared pan; sprinkle streusel on top.
  7. Bake for 55-60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
