- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup 2% milk
- 1/2 cup canola oil
- 1 large egg

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups fresh blueberries
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar (for streusel)
- 1/3 cup all-purpose flour (for streusel)
- 3 tablespoons salted butter (softened, but not melted)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350ºF and grease a 9"x5" loaf pan.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together sugar, milk, canola oil, egg, and vanilla extract.
- In another bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt; combine with wet ingredients until just mixed.
- Gently fold in fresh blueberries.
- For the streusel topping, combine sugar, flour, and softened butter until crumbly.
- Pour batter into the prepared pan; sprinkle streusel on top.
- Bake for 55-60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
