Ingredients
- 1 head of broccoli
- 8 slices of turkey
- 1/2 cup chopped red onion
- 1/4 cup raisins
- 8 ounces sharp cheddar cheese
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons white vinegar
- 1/4 cup sugar
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
- Trim broccoli into bite-sized pieces and cook turkey until crispy. Crumble the Turkey.
- In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper to create the dressing.
- In a large bowl, combine broccoli, crumbled turkey red onion, raisins, and cheddar cheese.
- Pour the dressing over the salad mixture and gently toss to coat.
- Chill for at least one hour before serving for maximum flavor.
