Instructions
- Melt unsalted butter over medium heat until it turns golden brown with a nutty aroma.
- Allow it to cool slightly before mixing with sugars until light and fluffy.
- Add eggs one at a time, followed by vanilla extract.
- Combine dry ingredients gently; fold in chopped pistachios.
- Press dough into a greased and lined baking pan; sprinkle with reserved pistachios.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25-30 minutes until edges are golden but center is slightly underbaked.
- Cool completely before slicing into bars.
